Custom Patch Designing and Thread Charts

At PatchProfessionals.com, we know that an embroidered patch should be as unique as the event, company, organization, group or team it represents. That is why we offer three levels of embroidery, four styles of backing, two border options and two types of specialty threads. In addition, every design can include up to seven free colors, with more than 130 colors from which to choose. All of these features and options are designed to give you a product that you, your teammates, your associates or your employees will be proud to wear. Step 1. - Request A Free Quote And Proof

The first step is sending us the information needed to generate a free, no-obligation quote and proof. The best way to send us that information is through our free online quote form. The form will ask you for basic contact information and any relevant questions about your custom patch needs. The most important information needed to generate the quote is the quantity and size you desire. There will be additional information to fill out such as different backings styles and embroidery percentages. If you would like a free, full-color digital proof sent to you, please give us any design instructions you might have in the comments box near the bottom of the free quote page. There is also a place to attach any logo, picture or drawing you might have to assist our design team in creating your proof. Once you submit your quote, we will e-mail you a custom quote for your patches and submit your provided artwork and design ideas to our art team. Our customers generally receive their proof within 24 hours.

Step 2. - Review Your Custom Patch Design

One of our graphic designers will e-mail you a full-color digital proof to review. The proof is an exact replica of how your custom patch will look before you purchase it. The proof will detail all of the thread colors used and the twill backing color as well. Please look over the proof carefully and make sure all the colors and spelling are correct. You can choose specific thread colors from the chart below. Please be aware that all computer monitors are different and the colors displayed can vary. If you need a change on your proof, simply e-mail or call us and we will have your artist make the changes promptly. We offer free design work and unlimited revisions. Our goal is to provide the customer with a custom patch that fits his or her needs perfectly. Once everything looks good on your patch, please proceed to step 3 and the ordering process.

Step 3. - Approve Your Design And Place Your Order

Once your proof is perfect and the design is just what you're looking for, it's time to place your order. Whenever we send out a proof, we include the breakdown of the order with the terms and conditions as well. At that point, give us a call at 877-454-7234 and one of our friendly customer service representatives will walk you through the rest of the ordering process. After placing your order, you can expect your patches in your hands in as little as 14 days. We never charge for artwork or revisions.
